Artist Statement: From my DoodleMe Series, created 2020. Visits to botanical gardens and national parks inspired the DoodleMe series. To create the artwork, I use heavy watercolor paper and a unique formula of chalk paint, watercolor paint and acrylic paint; watercolor pen brushes; soft and medium pastel pencils; gel pens; student markers in multiple colors; glitter pens; and so much more.
